My name is Jessy Lermas. My career began with California's largest pest control firm, where I gained high-volume experience as a residential technician, a commercial technician, and a certified inspector for rodents, bed bugs, and termites. Throughout my commercial career, I serviced highly sensitive and secure locations, including the local jail, Sheriff and police stations for the cities of Marysville and Yuba, the Valero refinery in Benicia, and various military facilities. I also managed high-stakes commercial accounts and have a perfect record of passing every regulatory audit. As an inspector, I took pride in helping future homeowners avoid being taken advantage of, and I specialized in solving difficult, persistent rodent issues. I launched Yuba Sutter Bed Bug to provide an elite level of service rarely found with national franchises.

To maintain our high standards, I brought on my partner, Tim Ah-Chin, a trusted and experienced technician who also trained at the same major firm. By having a specialized partner dedicated to our all-day thermal heat remediation treatments, I am able to remain focused on personally performing all inspections, biological treatments, and general pest service calls.

I am supported by my wife, Liz Lermas, who handles all scheduling and administrative logistics. Liz also brings direct industry experience to our team, having previously worked as a customer service agent for the same major pest control firm. Together, our small, expert-driven team is committed to the seamless protection of your properties.
